What is managing and renting out your property?!

- You get a completely transparent partnership with us. By receiving 2 to 3 times a year a full report from booking.com, which we can also open for you in the booking.com system.

- We inspect the property, and also give advice on what to improve in your property so that it is rented out better and has a higher income.

- We take professional photos of the property and the surrounding area with a drone.

-  We create a profile for your property on all sites/platforms: booking, expedia, airbnb, homeaway, agoda and others. In which profile you, as clients, will receive a file of all reservations during the year/season. This way our business relationships will be absolutely transparent!
- We pay the rent to you in installments according to the payments from the relevant platforms we work with such as booking.com, airbnb.com, expedia.com and others.
Check-in and check-out of guests every day during the season from April to the end of October.
- Cleaning the property after each check-in, replenishing shampoo, toilet paper, bed linen and towels.
- Monitoring for damage to the furniture of your property. In case of any damage to your property caused by our clients, BC HOLIDAYS pays for the full refund of the damage.
- We maintain constant communication with guests before check-in, emails, messages, calls in order to serve the client in the best possible way.
- We pay VAT and tourist tax from our income.

- We take care of your property during the winter period. We regularly inspect and ventilate the property during the winter period.

You receive passive income for the entire season from April 1 to October 30. As well as during the winter period if you wish!?

You can also use your property at any time for personal needs or for your guests.

You do not need to do anything at all.

As for all these Services, We receive 35% of the value of the overnight stay and you 65%.

That is, the amount is divided 65 (owner) / 35 (BC HOLIDAYS) after the commission of the platforms which is about 15%.

Properties that are first line of the sea are rented in a ratio of 70% for the owner and 30% for BC HOLIDAYS after the commission of the platforms which is, as I wrote above, about 15%.

In this way, the property will bring you an approximate income of 3 to 10% per year.

This ratio depends on the value at which you purchased your property.
