According to the new provision of the Ministry, every citizen who bought a property for 300 000 euro on the territory of Bulgaria can receive a residence card for one year.

Previously, the minimum was 600,000 euros but is now reduced to 300,000 euros.

This card, once received, must be redeveloped for the first three years, and then issued for every three years.

Which can obtain a visa for a three-year stay in the euro zone and be renewed.

This fully facilitates the travel of citizens who have bought properties in Bulgaria, which are not from the Euro-area.
