By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions during the procedure of submitting a proposal (offer, advertisement) to the site www.bestchoice.bg or outside such a procedure, personally in the office of Best Choice BG Ltd., you also agree with the Privacy Policy as well as processing your personal data when arranging documents for property advertising or a deal (rent or sale). With privacy policy, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agree with them, as well as processing your personal data. The content of this website and the technologies used therein are under the protection of the Copyright and Related Rights Act. All types of text, graphics, photo and video materials published on the site are the property of Best Choices BG, unless otherwise stated. The site www.bestchoice.bg has published author's texts, announcements, news and articles which are principled and exclusive. Consultations are provided only to our clients who have established a contractual relationship.

General Terms
Users are entitled to use the services of Best Choice and the www.bestchoice.com for personal purposes only, who have agreed to the General Terms and Conditions, unless expressly agreed otherwise with Best Choice BG Ltd.
It is strictly forbidden to reprint entire materials and use of photos and videos from the site www.bestchoice.bg, without the express written consent of "Best Choice BG" Ltd, whether the source is mentioned or a link to it has been placed.
Any such action will be pursued by "Best Choice BG" Ltd through a judicial process with all the clarity and severity of the law.
Best Choice BG Ltd. has the right to make changes to the design, content and terms of use without prior notice on www.bestchoice.bg. The use of the "Sell Property" service and the sale of an offer (sale or rental) automatically means that the user is familiar with the General Terms and the Best Commissions due to Best Choice BG Ltd, namely a minimum of 5% for the sale of a property and a minimum of 20% for the letting of a property. For which commissions and conditions you may receive additional information on your mail or personally at the office of Best Choice.

Responsibilities
Best Choice makes every effort to maintain on your site true, accurate and up-to-date information on the content of the offers / property listings posted on the site without excluding the possibility of objectionable objectionable discrepancies or omissions.
All information on the site is provided in accordance with applicable Bulgarian law, without any guarantee from Best Choice for its inviolability and safety from malicious third party attacks.
Best Choice is not responsible for:
• Any damage, real or imaginary, arising or related to the access (or lack of access) to the site and the use of its content;
• The information included in the sites to which links are published in www.bestchoice.bg, as well as the consequences of their visits;
• The opinions expressed in the forums / comments below the materials;
• The content of the ads posted on the site.

Rules on posting and content of ads.
Administrator Best Choice reserves the right to delete without notice announcements / comments / messages:
-Which contain non-existent, unreliable, incorrect or misleading information. In which the required fields are filled in incorrectly.

  • No accurate and detailed description of the property offered.
  • Which do not match or partially do not match the specific category of the site.
  • Guests with the same text posted in different categories.
  • Options overlapping in content (by meaning or images) with an already published ad of the same user or related persons.
  • A price or characteristics other than those specified in the advertisement.
  • As pictures or graphics that do not match the specific proposal contained in the ads text.
  • Which contain multiple spelling mistakes.
  • Containing links, special characters, unnecessary spaces, punctuation, a set of identical or meaningless letters, and text that does not apply to the content of the ads.
  • As pictures or graphics containing logos, ad, or other site IDs.
  • Property listings that specify the type of sender "Owner", provided the advertiser is not the real owner of the property.
  • Offers offering properties that are currently out of date.
  • With non-original photos in the Dating category.
  • Which receive multiple complaints from colleagues and partners.
  • Which in any way violate copyright or other intellectual property rights.
  • Which have unlawful, contrary to moral norms, offensive text or graphic content.
  • Which contain personal data (PIN, copy of passport, ID card or other).
  • Which contain photos or images with pornographic content.
  • Which contain information that is trade, business or other secret.
  • Re-publishing by the same User as a new ad is not allowed if the product / service is present in a deleted, leaked or archived ad.
  • You can attach up to 15 photos to each ad. The size of each image should not exceed 10 MB. 10. Photos are automatically resized to maximum sizes. For a reduced ad review, the site automatically produces small images, adding a watermark to the photos with the Best Choice Logo.
  • When publishing property listings, uploading at least one real photo of the property offered is required.

Confidentiality
Best Choice is an administrator of personal data, registered under the Personal Data Protection Act. Best Choice undertakes to take all possible measures to guarantee the privacy of the personal data provided by the users of the site as well as of the company as a whole and not to disclose them except in the cases when requested by state authorities or officials persons empowered by law to require and collect information containing personal data and in compliance with the statutory order. Whenever contracts and transactions with the respective properties are executed.
Due to the nature of the Internet as a global network, it is not always possible for information to be exchanged fully secured and guarantees can not be given that some of the information will not come to unauthorized persons. Also, no system is absolutely secure and protected from hacking or data manipulation.
"Best Choice BG" Ltd. can provide the collected statistical information about the site's visits to advertisers / advertising agencies that keep statistics on the number of entries and more. User actions on their advertising banners and links, and to produce internal statistics for direct marketing purposes (their and their partners).
By accepting these Terms of Use, users agree to process the information provided by them when filling in a request for a sale or lease of a property, personal data for the purposes of direct marketing. Customers have the right to object to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes by sending a written message to Best Choices to the following address: Sunny Beach, 8240 "Parva" str. It is not considered as direct marketing the sending of information about changes to the terms of registration or the Terms of Use of the site.

Compensation
Best Choice reserves the right to seek redress for any third party damages and claims resulting from breach of these Terms of Use and / or unauthorized use of the services of www.bestchoice.bg.
For all issues not covered by these Terms of Use, the applicable Bulgarian legislation applies.
The opening of pages on the site, the listing of advertisements (offering of properties for sale) and following links therein is a statement by the user that he is acquainted, accepts and undertakes to observe these General Terms of Use and the commissions owed to the company in the case of a sale or rent of your property.
