For starters, we need to create a list To Buy or Not to Buy a property.

As an idea, an example:

• Do I need it? Is it a pleasure for me to buy this property? Can I enjoy my stay in it?
• Does this property bring me more income than the BANK where my money is? / every year 1-2% of our money disappears with inflation /. That why, any interest of less than 2% in the Bank is an absolute waste of funds!
• Does the property have a suitable location that meets my requirements?
  Is there adequate infrastructure in the area? - parks, beaches, schools, kindergartens, spa centers, shops, etc.
• What is the neighborhood and its neighbors?
• Does the property need repairing? / sometimes it's even a plus because a better price can be achieved at the expense of repair. /
• The great price? Compared to the current market and future plans for the development of the area.
